Greetings:

We've been updating ACARS. The first change we've made is the send/transmit function is now carried in a separate window so you'll no longer lose that beautifully composed work of literature when the message window refreshes.

Unfortunately, we had to kill everyone's Friend's lists to accomplish this. Please accept our apologies.

For anyone new to the VPC, please note that ACARS is currently scheduled to be integrated into the login system, but until we finish the work, you'll need to register in ACARS separately.

We've completed the ACARS revision. Sorting now functions properly and the database is completely tied to the main VPC database.

Please let us know if you spot any bugs.

On another note, we'll begin ACARS integration with the message board over the next week or so, so if ACARS pops up and you're not logged on, please don't panic, that means we're working on it right then. :)

ACARS however will be fully functional and you an manually enter your username and password at any time.
