Greetings:We've altered the way that the main VPC page opens windows. As a result, we've reduced pop-up windows by 40%. Rather than a new windows opening each time these pages are clicked, they'll just refresh the current window.

The remaining functions that open in a new window need to remain that way (at least until we figure something else out) because they require logins. The way we currently have the site setup is a user won't be logged out if they're already logged in and click the same menu button or link a second time. If we don't do it this way, the user gets logged out or a second window/session opens.
