Greetings:

It's come to our attention that multiple instances of VPC feature areas have caused great navigation/orientation problems for a couple of new users. What's been happening is a user clicked on the FAQ, and focus was shifted back to the VPC leaving the FAQ open, if the user clicked FAQ again, another FAQ window would open.

To make a long story short, multiple instances of windows have been removed. They never should have been like that, but being so close to this stuff, it's often difficult to see things from the perspective of a new visitor, so quite frankly, we never noticed.
