Greetings:

DX9.0b fixes the mulitplayer problem with FS2004 we've discovered. FS2004 requires DX9.0 or greater to be installed on your system before FS2004 will even install (it ships with DX9.0a).

You can download DX9.0b from (be forewarned it's a 32 meg download <sigh>).
