Try to keep everything in one window. Having six windows open for a single website can get a little agevating.

Also the survey, you need to add scroll bars to make it easier to browse it (some people don't know you can scroll though with TAB)

Overall its a pretty good site design, just needs a little tweaking.

Understood. You should have seen it before!
We believe we have it down to the essentials, but we may have missed something. To explain, any window that opens in a new window rather than replaces the contents *should* be a tool/menu for other functions or a utility itself. They were designed to be left open when flying or chatting online for quick access. However, we are discussing changes to combine a few to try and reduce the number of windows further (for example, VoiceCOM has been integrated into the Flight Terminal itself).

Thanks, it's a living site/work in progress. We're always looking to improve things, so we're really grateful for the suggestions.
