Greetings:

I spoke with Los Angeles Tower Support Specialist, Steve Ramirez earlier today and he confirms that the latest VFR Terminal Area Chart effective December 25, 2003 thru July 8, 2004 is erroneously missing the "self announce" frequency of 128.55 for the Los Angeles Special Air Traffic Rules Area section (see below).

Pilots are still advised to use this frequency when using the SATRA, and NACO has already been informed of the problem.
