"SimPilot?"

Greetings:

I was cleaning out some old links and noticed that SimPilot was shut down. Anyone have any idea what and/or when this happened?

Ben

Hi Ben,

I don't know, I never was real active there, but this showed up on a CIS Forums pass back around the first of July:

>> News Flash:

SimPilot Forum has been operated on Compuserve until June 21st, 2004.

Watch this space for future content provided on Compuserve.

For news on SimPilot forum please visit

The simpilot.net link works, there are some notes there about Compuserve going to the 'Prospero Format' and no OLRs. I think they just shut it down on CIS and moved out on the 'net. The old forum list seems to be there, etc.

Thanks for the update, Bob.

I guess CIS and SimPilot have parted company.
I like the color of their new forum. :)

I see they shut down the Official Flight Simulator group at MSN now too. I'll have to see if the ZDnet forum is still running, but they may be history as well. <sigh>
