What you're asking for is very complex and not practical for a message board response. Your best bet is to start with the information and tutorials in FS, look for tutorials on the net or buy a book (my Microsoft Flight Simulator 2000 Official Strategies and Secrets book, although released for another version of FS, answers your questions--the procedures are the same regardless of versions), then if you have any specific questions that remain, ask them here. Otherwise the reply can be too nebulous and may cover stuff you already know or understand.
