I'll try to fly the flight when I have a minute to verify, but what it sounds like is because you're "between both runways", the program is viewing that as being off course and is subsequently sending you on a missed approach. Were you getting a full CDI deflection?
While I'm no expert on FS's "adventure" system, from what I gather, there are certain blocks of space/parameters that trigger events. If you stray from those parameters, and the developer assigns a new event for that. So while you may have been at the right altitude, the course deviation (which I'm guessing is what happened) triggered the missed which I'm also guessing published missed calls for a climb to 2,100'.
Keep in mind that if you were on course and broke the programmed altitude parameter (being too high is a parameter parameter as well), it would return an altitude warning (albeit an incorrect one).
Either of these sound like the situation you're describing?

I see there's a SEA ILS 16R approach. Perhaps someone was mixed up when they wrote the flight info.

I don't have the FS2K2 charts here, but according to the NOAA plates that I have now show MILLT as being 11nm from the MAP. Perhaps this is what the problems is?

There may be a trigger that switches a flag that you've descended far enough (remember there's an upper limit to the blocks for airspace). If the flag isn't set/triggered, the program just loops.

Hmm, try it again but using 11nm for MILLT and see what happens.
