I did a quick search of the web and only found references to the rolling circle for R/C aircraft. You know, if you're really interested in aerobatics, you should consider picking up one of the books on the subject in the AerobaticSource.com store. The best advice I can give you is to do the headwork first (e.g. sit down and figure out what you need to be doing when). For me, that was the hardest part of learning the rolling circle.
I could write a whole chapter on how to do a rolling circle, but I really don't have the time or patience to do that. However, what I will pass along is; the idea is to keep your roll rate constant and use your rudder and elevator to keep the nose slightly above the horizon end enough of either control to keep the airplane turning in the direction of the circle. Note that depending on your attitude, rudder may be used to keep the nose high (as when you're past a 45 degree bank), and opposite rudder will do the same on the other side of the roll, and elevator will be used as "rudder" when you're in the 90 degree bank. Just try and break the maneuver down in to segments. I found that 45 degree roll segments and 45 degree circle segments helped me put it together.
