Ben Chiu Certificates/Ratings/Crew Stations: "Secondary icons moved" 11-09-01, 03:33z  Greetings! We've made some changes to the way that secondary icons are displayed. You may have noticed that VPC icons will now show up on the left column (user info bar) rather than inside the message body.
