AlanParkinson Certificates/Ratings/Crew Stations: ""Mark as Read" not working" 02-17-02, 13:53z  Two or three times now, I've logged on to find several threads showing the new messages icon, yet I've read all the messages there. Today there were half a dozen threads in the main forum like this, and maybe four here. Am I doing something wrong (clicking mark all before leaving) or is there a problem with the inner workings? Greetings Alan: Sounds like you're doing the right things--logon, read new, mark all. I just tried it and it works correctly for me. Anyone else having a problem with this? Alan, you might try logging out, then logging in again with the "remember me" option enabled. We deleted everyone's session files in an attempt to sort out Robert's mulitple ACARS problem (which turns out to have been a problem on his system rather than ours), so there may be a mismatch with your cookie now. Without the cookie there's no way for the system to tell who you are for the autologin to work. As for the size, we only issue a single cookie and update it as required (e.g. we don't populate your HD with tons of files).
