"Instr.Panels"
10-12-02, 02:11z

Greetings all, I have just developed a problem in FS2K2 aircraft Instrument Panels. I have just installed a further 256mb RAM (512mb total) being the only alteration recently made.
The problem occurs whenever I activate (Cntrl+Z) (.Period-brakes) (` ATC window) etc. ie. whenever text has to appear. What happens is a "ghosting or pattern effect" covers part of, occasionally all of the panel (the dials of the instruments not affected) When the text is closed the "pattern" disappears.
My video card is NVIDIA GE Force2 MX/MX400 and have just downloaded the latest files for the driver.
Could anyone kindly shed some light on or help me with this problem.
TIA
Regards,
Andor.

Hi Andy -

Set your color depth on the Video card to 32 bit.

From the desktop, rightclick, properties, settings, colors=32bit
