Greetings Dave:No snow and ice here, but a couple of the guys have flown back east and say that you need to watch how the guys plow the taxiways (following the centerline doesn't guaranty wingtip clearance on airplanes with low wings!).
Another one of our members, John Mooney, lives in Alaska and says that he hasn't been flying since July. Of course there's snow out there much of the year, but he says he's grown "tired of pre-heating" his airplane.

It should be a bit warmer in there when you go out to admire your bird while waiting for the thaw!
