"RE: New NOCD patch for upgraded FS9" 10-16-04, 12:26z  Hello, When I compare the size of the FS9.exe received from MS = 1,362 KB and the NOCD FS9.exe = 504 KB I wonder why this "large" difference in size.... almost 3 times less for the NOCD ?
