"Ideas for May 16 0200z Multiplayer?"
05-10-04, 06:15z

Interest was expressed in the May 7 chat about a Boeing 737 flight.

I haven't tested the route and need to check what altitudes are nessesary to clear terrain, but Fiumicino (Rome, Italy) to Innsbrock, Austria looks like a bit over 340 nm including a swing eastward to align with the valley and runway 26. Flight Simulator's planner thinks it will take 43 minutes. I am anticipateing use of BOL and OZE as VOR beacons. The route may need to be lengthened to clear terrain on the south side of the valley.

We will need to adjust our fuel level on the ramp at Fiumicino to keep our landing weight down. A flight of only 340 nm is well below the 737's maximim range. Make sure you're familiar with auto and manual spoiler key assignments too.
